These Terms of Use apply to all products and services that we offer, whether they are free or paid. All users of the site and purchasers of our products and services are bound to these Terms of Use. By using our site and/or our services, you agree to these terms of use.
Our trading performance is published as a means to display how our nightly chart review and trade alerts have fared since the inception of our service. Our trade alerts are posted nightly and are monitored from start to finish. However, past performance is not indicative of future results and in no way are we signifying that similar results will be achieved by following our picks. In addition, we include as part of our disclaimer information that is required by the NFA in reference to back-tested trading systems as well as hypothetical track records, which is as follows:
HYPOTHETICAL PERFORMANCE RESULTS HAVE MANY INHERENT LIMITATIONS, SOME OF WHICH ARE DESCRIBED BELOW. TradingWins.com has the right to negate/void or charge for any purchases that are the result of faulty or inapplicable coupon codes or other software/hardware malfunctions. All Transactions are in USD.
Purchase agreement/End User License Agreement: Purchaser of any TradingWins.com product or service hereby agrees that they are the End User and may not rent, resell, lease nor otherwise resell the content they have purchased in any manner, by any venue. All products are for personal use only and not to be used for commercial or institutional purposes. Any violation or suspected violation of this rule will result in revocation of product use and allow TradingWins.com to seek additional damages. All sales are final for all products. TradingWins.com reserves the right to detect abuse, by members, of any products purchased and to deny sales of future products or services to members.
Each member is allowed only ONE 14-day trial of our services. This rule is strictly enforced and violation of this rule can result in immediate termination of your account. Once you are an active member, your membership will be renewed automatically each month. Unless and until this agreement is cancelled AND you have received confirmation of this cancellation, you are authorizing TradingWins.com to charge your credit card monthly, in advance, to pay for the ongoing cost of your subscription service. Your service and your account access will immediately initiate upon successful signup and payment for your 14-day trial.
Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. These cancellations MUST be requested by telephone or email (with a minimum notice of 24 business hours) in order to maintain security of your account. Cancellation requests made via social media or other channels will NOT be processed for security reasons. When termination is requested by a subscriber, the current subscription will run its course to the end of the current billing cycle, at which point the subscription would then become inactive and the account cancelled. Cancellation of service is not official until subscriber receives an email confirmation from TradingWins.com. In the event that you do not receive an email confirmation, please contact us.

If you enjoy our trade alerts and insight, remember that it is important to diversify your investments and not throw all of your money into one basket or technique. If you do copy our buys and sells, you are doing so at your own risk. We are not recommending that anyone copy us, and believe that all investors should make their own decisions. Downloading is easy, but just because you may be able to copy our content doesn’t mean you own it. Unauthorized use of or copying of our content, trademarks, and other proprietary material can subject you to civil or even criminal liability. Please don’t violate our copyright.
3. No advertising, trading of goods or services, or other commercial use is allowed in our comments section. No bulk e-mail, junk mail or spam, chain letters, private messages or repeat postings of the same message is permitted anywhere in our comments section.
4. Please use your own name when posting in the comments section. Do not impersonate anyone else.
5. Treat other subscribers with courtesy and respect when posting messages in our comments section. No unnecessary name calling or abuse toward any subscriber is allowed.
